Discord Sync Queue

Need to work in a queue for Discord syncing. I am thinking:

• RowId [GUID, PK]
• DiscordId [BIGINT, NOT NULL]
• Timestamp [datetime NOT NULL]
• Action [varchar(128) NOT NULL] (eg: ADD_PATREON)
• ProcessedOn [datetime NULL] (indexed)

Things can be inserted into here for ALICE to then action upon, which can then marked a ProcessedOn time. Things that will need actions:

• Adding/removing all the dev team roles
• Adding/removing InGame Verified (oh god this is gonna need another tracking table)
• Adding/removing InGame Banned
• Adding/removing Patreon role
• Adding/removing all roles in general (if they disconnect discord they lose everything)
  • This is also gonna need a tracking table

This will be a lot of hassle but the heads want to keep the system so we will
