QC-Atlas supports viewing PlanQK Algorithms through its UI. This issue creates Links to these algorithms (in QC-Atlas) from the associated Patterns.
Tasks
Replace Links in "Known Uses" for each Pattern (which are associated with PlanQK) with their respective Link in QC-Atlas.
Since the Algorithms share the same identifier in PlanQK and QC-Atlas this should be possible with search and replace in the content-files.
