validation on HCP-TRT dataset

We have collected our own version of HCP dataset including 10 sessions of task fMRI for each of 4 participants.

Two scripts were created to extract the fMRI signals on each of parcel from the chosen atlas.
We currently only tested the MMP atlas.

HCP_task_collect_fmri_data_lmdb.py
##load cifti data and MMP atlas and save the fmri data into a lmdb file for all subjects

HCP_task_collect_event_spm_csv.py
##collect the event design files, load the onset and duration of events and create the label matrix. the results were saved into a h5 file

The event file was not ready yet. the txt files exported from Eprime were not straightforward. We need to covert it to csv file that only includes the task type, onset and duration.
