Aave v3 Action provider

We've come up with action provider similar to morpho for aave, that is based on https://github.com/aave/aave-utilities

support supply / withdraw on markets on base-sepolia and other chains

Some points regarding dependencies (ethers-v5) would like to seek team's advice

What we learnt integrating aave

1. Related to Typescript agenkit should install only dependencies of enabled action provider #332, case in point of aave, the official sdk depends on ethers@v5 Provider (not Signer though)
   - replacing that to viem is non-trivial, as @aave/contract-helpers took multiple steps validating params with different contracts/services during withdraw / supply, especially if pre-approval is bundled or gas optimize path is taken.
   - specifically agentkit viem wallet-> @aave/contract-helpers involves back and forth conversion of amount which could be error prone esp if amount is specified by llm

2. integration tests in need

• current unit tests in codebase might fail to catch some of the errors in these flows (e.g. fix: use cdp wallet as account in call to estimateGas #283), running the agent is a way but we do need better protection at CI

3. agentkit seems to be designed to run on single network, which make sense as it use single wallet

• some trading strategies invovle rebalance positions across multiple markets/chains. will make more sense to support when agentkit action take in multiple wallets

Our proposal for contribution:

• once Feat/aave: Integrate Aave Actions to Agentkit #326 get merged, we could focus on extending with our impl

  • onto more assets (besides USDC/ETH)
  • onto more Aave markets (chains) include testnets

• depends on Typescript agenkit should install only dependencies of enabled action provider #332,

  • translate subset of aave features (e.g. supply/withdraw) into viem fully to avoid @aave/contract-helpers & ethers@v5
  • or stick with @aave/contract-helpers but contain the ethers v5 dependency to those who need Aave

• adding integration tests

  • add separate ci step to run integration tests. Convention can be .int.test.ts or @integration in jest test naming
  • we can add a test case on sepolia, base-sepolia for ETH,USDC

Opened a fresh attempt at this: #1378 — pure viem, no ethers/@aave/contract-helpers dependency, addressing the concern that stalled #326. Supply/withdraw only for now (ERC-20 reserves), same pattern as the existing Morpho/Compound action providers.
