allow queue to be cleared while in a run

specifically for longer run categories, it would be nice performance-wise to be able to remove the seeds currently in the queue (and not have it refill) without having to quit to title, whether that be with hotkey or pause menu option

I can think of two ways to implement this, either a clientside command (might have to bundle the fabric-api module in speedrunapi for that) or maybe if you shiftclick the stop resets and quit button it only stops (and clears) seedqueue

@mantosh-mariner Sorry for the late reply, im currently travelling. There is already a working PR for this issue (#43), unfortunately there is some holdup with the verifiability of non-gameplay screens during a gameplay segment (whether it should be allowed in the first place/how timing would work).
If you'd be interested in figuring out how to remove the need for a screen at all by reducing the time needed for clearing that would be great, please contribute to tesselslates existing PR.
The general approach for something like that would probably be a soft clear which only stops the seedqueue thread and clears the queue (without waiting for the worlds to shut down), it wouldn't fully release all resources but atleast would be able to run basically instantly
