Subject: [PATCH] docs: fix dead Click documentation link (click.pocoo.org ->
 click.palletsprojects.com)

click.pocoo.org now returns HTTP 400, while siblings (babel/lucumr) still
resolve, so the subdomain is dead. Click is a Pallets project; its docs
moved to https://click.palletsprojects.com/.
