Creating MagickImage instances from Stream fails for multiple image formats

Description

Creating MagickImage instances from Stream fails for multiple image formats (cur, dng, ico, nrw, pef, wbmp tested, potentially others).

Creating MagickImage instances from file name succeeds for the same images.

Steps to Reproduce

Attached minimal repro solution, with the images producing the errors included.

The file sample.pef has been uploaded separately, due to its size.

For some of the files (.cur, .ico, .wbmp) the format cannot me determined from the file content so the extension of the file is used to read. For raw files there is some detection but that only works for your .dng file and not for the nrw or pef file. The reason that you cannot read the .dng file from the stream is due to a bug and I just pushed a patch to fix that in the next release.

Thank you very much for fixing this issue for the .dng extension, @dlemstra!

I will pass on the file format to the MagickImage constructor to fix the issue for the remaining file extensions.

Interestingly enough, the Bitmap constructor taking a Stream as parameter from the Avalonia framework works correctly for all of these image formats, without requiring an additional extension or format parameter, thus the format appears to be discernable from the Stream alone.
