Copilot CLI waiting on your yes while you are in a meeting or on a walk? Give AI your phone number. With the number you get from callmemcp.com we basically support ANY AI agent, from chatgpt dots to claude to grok bot.
For Copilot CLI users it means the agent can ring your phone when it hits a decision it cannot make alone, or when the task is done. It reads the question aloud, you answer out loud, and Copilot gets your words back as text. It arrives like a normal call, so it comes through CarPlay or AirPods. Copilot can also just text you if nothing needs an answer.
It is a remote HTTP MCP server with no OAuth and no API key. From the terminal:
That writes it to
~/.copilot/mcp-config.json. If you prefer to edit the file yourself, the entry is:{ "mcpServers": { "call-me": { "type": "http", "url": "https://callmemcp.com/mcp", "tools": ["*"] } } }In an interactive session,
/mcp adddoes the same through a form. Then get the app (iPhone or Android), open My Number, and tell Copilot the 10 digits once.It is a paid app (weekly $4.99 with a 3-day trial, or yearly $84.99), and I made it.
