Error uploading Chinese files to node-server with Postman

In "upload-node", using Postman to upload Chinese files fails.

But in "upload-bun", it can upload successfully.

• OS: Windows 10 LTSC
• Bun Version: 1.3.2
• Node Version: v25.1.0
• Postman Version: 11.70.6

"upload-node" error:

If the uploaded file is in English, then both "upload-node" and "upload-bun" will work.

Hi @jerryshell, thank you for the report. I've confirmed it.

This appears to occur when the following conditions combine:

• Postman appends filename* when filenames contain characters outside the ASCII range
  • Standard clients (Google Chrome, Firefox, curl, … ) do not append filename*
• Node.js's undici can not handle filename*

Since the error occurs within Node.js and this situation does not happen with standard clients, we currently have no plans to address this on the @hono/node-server side.

If you are using a special client and need to handle this issue on the application side, removing filename* as shown below will allow parsing without errors.
