Parses XML bytes into a SimpleXML element.

Parameters:

  • $data (string)
  • $class_name (?string), default 'SimpleXMLElement', optional
  • $options (int), default 0, optional
  • $namespace_or_prefix (string), default '', optional
  • $is_prefix (bool), default false, optional

Returns: SimpleXMLElement|false
