Description
When maximizing a Brave window on Linux Mint (Cinnamon desktop with X11 and NVIDIA drivers), the browser freezes completely, stops responding, and fails to maximize. This behavior happens
consistently when opening a second window or using dual monitors.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Brave on Linux Mint (Cinnamon / X11).
2. Open a second window or move the window to a secondary monitor.
3. Click the "Maximize" button.
4. Window hangs/freezes and does not complete the maximize action.
### System Configuration

- **GPU:** NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (Driver version: 595.84)
- **Monitors:** Dual display setup (2560x1440 + 1920x1200)
### Version Information
- **Failing version:** Brave 1.94.117 (Chromium 152)
- **Working version (Regression):** Brave 1.93.138 (Chromium 151)
### Workarounds
- Enabling "Use system title bar and borders" in Brave settings prevents the freeze.
- Downgrading to Brave 1.93.138 works properly.
