Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

I have a organization where i make Minecraft menu backgrounds and i made a template version that i would like to be at the top of the others but i cant pin projects in profile or organizations.

I want to let people be allowed to report issues and more and even comment great things about my projects and organizations but i cant do that i would need to setup a whole discord server that will probably take 30 - 2 hours to set up with bots.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to pin projects in my profile and organizations.

I would like to be able to allow my community to talk in projects, organizations and in my profile.

Cool feature : if you are able to make it so people can search for organizations.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For being able to talk to my community i considered making a discord server although its too much work and not worth it for just few members
