different scrollbar for versions

Instead of scrolling the entire if we just want to scroll versions

I think what you're asking for is that the versions list on the sidebar would have it's own scroll container so you can move it independently from the rest of the page?

Would the versions page solve your problem instead?

Yes, I'm asking for a different scrollbar so that when I scroll it doesn't scroll the rest of the page (for example if I'm reading the README)
