Document support for cancellationtoken, params, and optional arguments with TestCaseSource

Support for these will be added in the framework within nunit/nunit#5057, likely to be released in version 4.5.
We should document the new features to advertise their availability. It might be wise to also include a note about analyzer support (nunit/nunit.analyzers#957)
