For some reason, the CPU usage spikes to 100% after a while

This started happening after the latest updates.

I'm using version 0.35.1.

I'll try to figure out which version the problem started with, but it will take me a while as it doesn't manifest quickly.

I was testing version v0.34.7 until now and didn't have any problems with high CPU usage.

Now I've switched to the latest tag and pulled docker compose up --pull=always --force-recreate -d. The web interface shows version v0.35.3.

I'll update here after a few days. Tks!

Same issue here with 0.36.1

Apparently it happens with some networking issues (reconnecting streams and ONVIF events) , but I didn't have time to debug this yet.

I'll test again latter.
