Summary: The reusable iOS template app workflow reported success whenever its build or test job failed before producing a test-status output. That made the parent workflow skip both configured fresh-runner retries. Include the prerequisite job results in the reported status so setup and runner failures trigger retries while successful executions remain unchanged.
