Integrate the creation of `mapid` file into this software or publish a step-by-step tutorial

Thank you for creating this software. While I really appreciate the concept of simultaneous dereplication and refinement of MAGs offered by this tool, I find it difficult to implement due to the complexity of creating the mapid file.

Would it be possible for you to automate the creation of the mapping file (say, given the bin fasta and read fastq files as input, the tool automatically creates the mapid file it needs)?

can you specify what exactly makes it difficult to generate mapid files? Recommend referring to https://github.com/yazhinia/aligner2counts, which will allow high-throughput processing of large datasets in parallel.
