fix: pattern.sh and scripts/ should be self explanatory, non-overlapping, and setup with disconnected in mind

There is still a 'connected' bias.

Airgaps can have connected bastions, however, also disconnected bastions

1. Make sure we don't encode dependencies into make file / other scripts that will break on disconnected
2. To provide a cleaner experience end-to-end connected make sure, similar to the rhdp scripts wrappers exist
3. make file should be the primary entry point
4. the exclusion of that is mirroring scripts which would need to be run ahead of time.
