- Add Bindgen.NET as a git submodule (submodules/Bindgen.NET) pinned to
fix-binding-generator (1c44213) so CI regenerates bindings with the
custom function-pointer fix, with no external NuGet feed dependency.
- Switch Flecs.NET.Bindgen from PackageReference to ProjectReference so
the submodule is built from source.
- Switch to macos-14 runner
- pin emsdk to 5.0.6
