This PR expands the parsing of url parameters:

• All true/false parameters can be given in the path, e.g.: URL/embed/
• Better parsing of query parameters into booleans. (capitalization does not matter. Numbers != 0 convert to true, ...)
• all settings are now available in the url

This allows urls like URL/embed/?theme=Light for easily embeding the editor in the wanted theme
