Create DB tables #1

Basic DB structure:

• Teams table
• Players table
• Games table
• PlayerGames table (player ID, team ID, game ID)

We should be able to look at UserGames table to see how many copies of a game exist for the group (Ex: We have 3 copies of Betrayal)
