Thank you for this development. In the meantime we had some discussion in our team about this feature and decided that we don't support relative line suppression until we have a programming language that doesn't allow source code comments right above the reported line. But we keep this PR so we can reuse it later. |

This PR adds support for suppressions that are defined relative to the current line in source code comments.
