Installed "PWA" using a container with a proxy doesn't load #629

Description

@mtalexan

Describe the bug
A site that's assigned to a container where the container is configured to use a unique proxy, when "installed" in "stand-alone" mode, gets stuck in a blank page if the proxy isn't already started and running in the browser.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Assign a site to a container
  2. Configure the container to require a unique proxy
  3. "Install" the site
  4. Pick "stand alone" mode for the install
  5. Add the icon to your home screen
  6. Completely close WebLibre
  7. Wait a few seconds
  8. Try to open the website via the home screen icon
  9. The page stays black with no indicators

Expected behavior
The same behavior as opening the link as a shortcut in the browser: the page tries to load then prompts you to start the proxy, and reloads once the proxy is started.

    I just tried it and it worked without issues for me. Could you please try the latest alpha build? https://github.com/FaFre/WebLibre/releases/tag/v0.40.0-alpha-2 you can install it side by side as it is a separate package/app. If it is still not working, it would be interesting which proxy type you are using. Instead of your site you can also try to install https://ifconfig.me/ as pwa. Tor sometimes takes some time until the connection becomes available.
