⚙ 기능 개요

장소 마다 어느 행정구역에 존재하는지 찾고 그 구역의 id값을 update 한다.

✅ Implement TODO

  • : 동네별 Geometry 조회후 위도,경도(x,y)로 포함 여부 확인
