Free UK Genealogy is a charity dedicated to providing free public access to family history records.

We do this through our dedicated team of volunteers, who transcribe public records such as the indexes of Births, Marriages and Deaths, Parish Registers and Censuses. The Charity also actively campaigns to improve access to public history through its commitment to making data available as Open Data.

The Charity supports FreeBMD, FreeReg and FreeCen.
