Change how we build the PyPI index to use links to the GitHub release assets instead of duplicating all of them. We are currently running above 1GiB and get warnings that our GitHub Pages deployments may fail. This new index has been validated to work with pip and uv on https://jgiannuzzi.github.io/confluent-kafka-python/. It has also been validated behind JFrog Artifactory with the appropriate configuration.
