IDEX L2B change to 10 day cadence

L2B files are configured to be created monthly (?) with daily rates and counts, we want to change this to sync these files with our current 10-day structure and have associated 10-day rates and counts as well: removing daily values.

I also have a few questions about the 1month to 10day update.

This will mean we will get new product names. E.g. the descriptor will change from sci-1mo to sci-10days. Do you want a full mission reprocess after this change is implemented?

Every file will be 10days similar to l1a and l1b ect.

We want only rates and counts for dust hits.
