Document OpenNebula/one#7996 in the 7.4 known issues: upgrading overwrites a customized
/var/lib/one/remotes/hooks/ft/fence_host.sh, breaking the Host error hook when fencing is enabled. Includes the recovery command from the automatic configuration backup.
