Reconciles the appendix (divergence catalogue, gaps, patterns, rationale, reference) with the refactored specs: closes gaps that are now covered, restates the ones that are still open, records the ascending-priority divergence from the reference implementation, and fixes stale section numbers.
Why (defect citation)
The appendix is a running record of divergence and gaps and had drifted: it listed per-plugin behavioural specs as missing (they exist), listed
persona_idas unclaimed (PERSONA-1 claims it), and pointed at renumbered sections.Semantic change?
No. The appendix is non-normative throughout.

Merge after the spec PRs it describes, so the catalogue reflects the merged text. It is the natural last merge of the wave.
