Overview
This PR is a Changesets release that publishes 2.47.0 for @redocly/cli, @redocly/openapi-core, and @redocly/respect-core, plus 0.3.8 for @redocly/client-generator, with matching version bumps in package-lock.json and changelog docs.

The user-facing changes bundled in this release (already implemented on main) are: a new Vendor Extensions metric on stats that counts distinct x- extensions and per-extension usage, and a fix so AsyncAPI descriptions report the correct parameter count in stats. Dependent packages only pick up the new @redocly/openapi-core version.

Consumed changeset entries (olive-donkeys-shave, seven-waves-create) are removed as part of the release workflow.
