Why

When babysit-pr pushed a fix that changed what a PR does, the description kept describing the original change. The loop now rewrites the affected lines of the description after any push that changes behavior, dependencies, post-merge steps, or scope.

What Changed

  • Add a "Keeping the description current" section to babysit-pr
  • Allow gh pr edit, limited to the body
  • Update the babysit-pr rows in README and AGENTS

Screenshots

N/A — no UI changes

Pre-merge

  • Have you updated README.md and AGENTS.md? Any new, renamed, or removed skill needs a row in the README table and a bullet in AGENTS.md. Check the box or replace it with N/A if this PR touches no skill.

After a push that changes what the PR does, babysit-pr rewrites the
affected lines of the description with create-pr's rules.
