fix: add PyPI classifiers so shields.io python-version badge resolves - #28

The pypi/pyversions badge rendered a red 'missing' pill because the package published no trove classifiers — shields.io parses Python versions from 'Programming Language :: Python :: X.Y' entries. - Add classifiers to pyproject.toml (Python 3.12/3.13, MIT, Typed, etc.) - Swap the README badge to a static python>=3.12 shield so it renders correctly immediately, independent of the next PyPI release
