Adds Speedtest+ to the StreamController Store.
Speedtest+ is an independent, non-commercial open-source internet speed-testing plugin that uses the official Speedtest® CLI by Ookla®. It supports manual and scheduled tests, Ookla CLI nearby-server selection, queued tests, per-action results, CSV history, and opening shareable results.
The plugin includes clear independent-project and trademark disclaimers, links users to Ookla’s EULA, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and official CLI page, and requires confirmation of personal, non-commercial use before installing or running the CLI.
