Migrates 4 manually-synced snippet reference copies from tup-ui#558
(open, draft) — none use the {{html}} template variable or any Django
template tags, so they're plain snippet HTML content, not
template-field-loaded (same category as css-ad-hoc-styles.html, not
redirect.html).
