Description

• Adds three new fields to the simple item view as requested by Sponsored Research Services: agency, award number, and date of project.
• Cleanup front page news. Clearer meaning of the text. Slight color call-out for the link to Denton Declaration.

Instructions for Reviewers

• The two PRs contained in this staging branch have been reviewed and tested individually.
• Testers will need to run yarn merge-i18n -s src/themes/rdc/assets/i18n to get the new i18n keys populated for the UI.
• Visit simple item view for a Research Project entity to see the fields working on page.
