Provide options to deploy and redeploy. #136

Purpose

Testing, reviewing, and maintaining can be burdensome when having to repeatedly run the same three commands.

Scope

• Provide a command line option deploy that builds and activates.
• Provide a command line option redeploy that deletes (if necessary), builds, and activates.
  • Either call a GET end point to see if workflow is built and is so, then call DELETE or just call DELETE and treat 404 as not a problem.
  • Make sure to build only if delete succeeds, is not needed, or is a 404.
  • Make sure to activate only if build succeeds.

Provide a simpler way to both build and activate a single workflow instance in one command.

Provide a simpler way to ensure that the workflow has old instances deleted, a new instance built, and that new instance is activated in one command.
