Failed to build examples for wch port

Hi! Trying to build examples for wch port and got an error:

Perhaps something wrong with port/wch/ch32v/src/chips/ch32v003.svd file

I think it says failed command, but it's just saying that because there are warning logs, if the return code is 0 then it was successful, and the examples should have built. This is a minor problem that needs to be addressed so please keep the ticket open.
