This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to 16.x, this PR will be updated.

Minor Changes
76a97b5: Expose every manifest tool through typed AgentClient and SingleAgentClient methods and executeTask request/response maps. Add non-deprecated methods and usable public request/response types for supported creative, content-standards, and rights tools while keeping their Legacy aliases. Typed getTaskStatus({ task_id }) and listTasks({}) overloads query the seller without changing existing string-status and local-task-list APIs. Preserve existing executeCustomTask workarounds for newly typed tools.
Direct SingleAgentClient governance methods use a configured governance agent, or require the client's own agent to advertise the requested governance tool. Generic preview_creative execution follows the canonical preview method; callers requiring raw named-format payloads can use previewCreativeLegacy().
505ddc9: Add version-aware media-buy lifecycle validation for AdCP 3.3 creative review.
getMediaBuyTransitions(adcpVersion)and the optional version argument on the existing transition helpers permitpending_startto return topending_creativeswhen seller review creates buyer work before activation. Older releases retain their existing graph, and active, paused, and terminal-state protections remain unchanged. The storyboardstatus.monotonicinvariant uses the same release-specific graph, honoring the seller's response version before the requested pin, including nested media-buy reads.Support
update_creative_start_policyas an operational action in buyer preflight and seller action projection, with explicit live seller authority and exact package scope rather than a fabricated commercial change term. Require the 3.3 contract, preserve independentsync_creativesrouting, and consume the startup field's task and update bindings from schema generation without changing the SDK's default AdCP pin.Patch Changes
76a97b5: Use the advertised
get_task_statustool for all SDK task polling, including submitted continuations and persisted task tracking. Preservetasks_get(MCP) andtasks/get(A2A) for sellers that do not advertise the protocol tool.Resolve the tool once per polling session and preserve the existing supported-seller request-signing rule for the new polling name on both MCP and A2A.
