pg_dump writes CREATE INDEX orders_note_idx ON ONLY d.orders USING btree (note) for every index on a partitioned table, and it failed with Expected: a list of columns in parentheses, found: orders.

CreateIndex gains an only flag, parsed under the dialects that already accept the ONLY inheritance marker on table factors (supports_table_inheritance_markers), so a table named only still parses in the others.
