pg_dump follows each partition index of a partitioned table with ALTER INDEX d.orders_note_idx ATTACH PARTITION d.p0_note_idx, which failed with Expected: RENAME after ALTER INDEX, found: ATTACH. AlterIndexOperation gains an AttachPartition variant beside RenameIndex, parsed in every dialect as RENAME TO already is.
