Summary
Defines canonical, immutable delivery binding, wake, and message-v1 contracts for the later durable workflow-delivery layers.
Malformed or misbound delivery messages fail closed at the protocol boundary. This intentionally does not activate production workflow-to-agent delivery; it is dormant shared infrastructure for the subsequent persistence, verifier, and runtime work.
