Adds a soft binding entry for ImmoStory AI's deployment of the Video Seal invisible watermark.

Submitter: Halil Ertekin, developer of ImmoStory AI (immostory.ai), the company that operates this deployment.

Algorithm

• Meta FAIR's open Video Seal 1.0 model, deployed unmodified by ImmoStory.
• Embeds a 256-bit payload into every AI-generated property video before the C2PA manifest is signed: a 64-bit public ImmoStory constant followed by a 192-bit per-video identifier. The identifier contains no personal data.
• Supports both embedding and extraction. The identifier resolves to the video's original C2PA manifest in ImmoStory's records, so provenance can be recovered after re-encoding or metadata stripping. This is our second machine-readable marking layer under EU AI Act Art. 50(2).
• A separate alg name is used because the payload scheme is ours; the existing Video Seal entries (com.aiwatermark.videoseal.1, me.reconize.videoseal.1) belong to other deployments with their own payloads.
