docs(agents): add Agent Vault page - #2392

Adds build/agents/agent-vault.mdx for developers building agents that pay by card or sign in to websites with Agent Vault (Self Labs): integration options (hosted MCP server, self-run MCP, Playwright SDK, HTTP API, agent skill), MCP tools and HTTP endpoints, limits, webhooks, and troubleshooting with exact error codes. Lists the page in the Agents navigation group and links it from the agents overview. The page states that Agent Vault is not a Celo protocol and that its own documentation describes no Celo, stablecoin or x402 support. Facts, commands and error strings come from https://docs.agentvault.io (checked 2026-10-15). The commands need an Agent Vault account, so they were copied from those docs and not executed. mint broken-links: success, no broken links found. The hole and the fix
The agents section has no page for Agent Vault (Self Labs), which lets an agent pay by card and sign in to websites through an MCP server, a Playwright SDK, or an HTTP API. This PR adds
build/agents/agent-vault.mdx, lists it in the Agents group indocs.json, and links it from the agents overview, as AGENTS.md §8 requires.The page covers the integration options, the 29 MCP tools and the HTTP endpoints, the SDK install and environment variables, limits and timeouts, webhooks, and a troubleshooting table with exact error strings.
