In the long term goal of releasing from public infra (GHA) instead of internal, closed-off systems, we should move the full CI infra to GHA.

Explore running integration tests from GHA, using kind-deployment

    The issue is handled in #1381 & #1383 & #1391. @Kehrlann & @Lokowandtg, I think we can close the issue. The bean follow-up will be tracked in the dedicated issue.
