Request to review and merge dependency upgrade PRs for SDVA remediation

Hi maintainers,

We have identified several dependency vulnerabilities through SDVA scanning for spanner-cli.
The following Dependabot PRs contain the required dependency upgrades to remediate these findings:

• PR Bump go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk from 1.35.0 to 1.43.0 #225 – Upgrade go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk from 1.35.0 to 1.43.0

• PR Bump google.golang.org/grpc from 1.72.0 to 1.79.3 #223 – Upgrade google.golang.org/grpc from 1.72.0 to 1.79.3

Could the maintainers please review and merge these PRs so we can resolve the outstanding SDVA findings?
