…nto add-cristae-training Bring in the evaluation scripts for the mitochondria and cristae models (PR #119 and the add-mito-eval-script branch), as they are on these branches. They are adapted to the training recipes of this branch in the following commits. scripts/cooper/run_mitochondria_segmentation.py keeps defaulting to 'mitochondria2'. The mito eval branch predates that model and would otherwise switch the default back to 'mitochondria'. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
