## Short Summary (TL;DR) Draft of the quarterly DDEV roundup for the TYPO3 community, to be reviewed here before it goes to news.typo3.com. ## How This PR Solves The Issue The post covers the snapshot and seeding work in DDEV v1.25.4, the yellow-twins Snapshot extension, Branchery, TYPO3 Quickstarter 0.7.0, and Knecht's move back from per-run sandboxes, with a short catch-up list of posts since the July roundup and a section on sponsorship. The feature image is a copy of the July banner, used as a placeholder. ## Manual Testing Instructions Open https://pr-REPLACE_ME.ddev-com-fork-previews.pages.dev/blog/whats-new-ddev-typo3-october-2026/ and check the links and the feature image. The July roundup link at the top is still a TODO because its news.typo3.com URL isn't known yet. 🤖 Developed with assistance from [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

## Short Summary (TL;DR) Checks the community tools in the TYPO3 roundup against their sources, broadens the Knecht section, strengthens the sponsorship ask, and switches to absolute ddev.com links so the text can be pasted into news.typo3.com. ## How This PR Solves The Issue The Snapshot extension section now says that CLI pulls anonymize after importing into the local database, and adds the Composer and `.snapshot.yaml` setup it needs. The Branchery example uses `worktree:fork` for a new branch and `worktree:add` for an existing one, with the `config:example` step. The Knecht section covers its updates since July instead of only the sandbox rollback. The sponsorship section names the gap to the goal and the tier benefits, and the feature image now says October 2026. ## Manual Testing Instructions Open https://pr-REPLACE_ME.ddev-com-fork-previews.pages.dev/blog/whats-new-ddev-typo3-october-2026/ and check the feature image caption and that the links go to ddev.com. 🤖 Developed with assistance from [Claude Code](https://claude.ai/code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
