Stacked on #454. Iteration 2 only: restores pulse_presence.proto and its public export; adds compatible Archipelago v3 session_status field 7, SessionStatusMessage (state=1, retry_after_ms=2), and KR_BANNED=1 while preserving KR_NEW_SESSION=0 and all existing fields. Includes eleven wire goldens, old-reader checks and reproducible local code generation. Cluster/session/displaced fields remain in #454. Main reconciliation and the previously verified Buf compatibility-checker repair are inherited prerequisites, not iteration-2 feature changes. No stable release, merge, service deployment or Cloud changes are authorized. CI snapshot provenance and integration verification pending. Single-active-Gatekeeper guarantees apply; brief release overlap is an accepted limitation, not fixed by this schema. Archival be8111c work and staged provenance docs remain preserved.
