upgrading laminas/laminas-cache-*

Hi, it would be great if you could upgrade the laminas/laminas-cache-* dependencies to a higher ^3 version so that we can use laminas/laminas-cache ^4.
laminas-cache ^3 is bounded to psr/cache ^1.0 and most of the recent packages accepts only psr/cache ^2.0 || ^3.0, creating a conflict.

Same blocker here. We're maintaining a Mezzio/Laminas application and cannot move forward on several otherwise-unrelated upgrades because they all converge on this one constraint:

• Symfony 6 → 7 (symfony/asset, symfony/mailer, symfony/twig-bridge): Symfony 7 pulls symfony/cache ^7 which requires psr/cache ^2||^3 — blocked by laminas-cache ^3 pinning psr/cache ^1.
• robmorgan/phinx 0.14 → 0.16: pulls cakephp/datasource 5.x which also requires psr/cache ^2||^3.
• webmozart/assert 1 → 2: blocked because laminas-cache ^3 requires webmozart/assert ^1.9.

All three are independent upgrades, but none is installable as long as doctrine-module keeps laminas-cache at ^3. A laminas-cache ^4-compatible release of doctrine-module would unblock the entire cluster at once.
