Bump baselibs to a commiter after 0.2.13. We cannot bump to 0.2.13 because we get sign conversion warnings due to a fix done when trying to fix eclipse-score/baselibs#527 The change eclipse-score/baselibs#563 introduced more sign-conversion warnings in our code. In this commit the change is reverted. Once a new release of baselibs is available, we can drop the override.
